Amenities like a washer and dryer, decent kitchen workspace, fridge, and dishwasher were available. The location was great, close to the historic center and parks so we could walk and didn't even have to use the car everyday. The house is beautiful, and it was done a nice job renovating it - still offers the old city style, with a mix of modern. Having a parking place in the back of the building was a great plus.
The TV is in a very awkward position, probably about 10 feet high on the wall. Kind of noisy due to the neighbors upstairs and outside.

My family and I stayed at 416A Waldburg St for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment was charming with its wood floors, high ceilings, and exposed brick. The updates in the bathrooms and kitchen added a modern touch. The location was excellent, with Forsyth Park only a few blocks away and a grocery store just a block away. We enjoyed the convenience of having a code to enter the apartment instead of keys. The front porch was a great place to relax and meet the friendly neighbors. a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
Would definitely recommend this apartment.
